Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at https://soakinsilk.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. To soak in silk, it is our top priority to get your products to as quickly as we can. 

Currently, we ship within the USA only.

Shipping Method: FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Handling time: Our order handling time is 2-7 days. (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

Transit time: Our order transit time is 4-7 days. (MONDAY - FRIDAY). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order cut-off: Our order cut-off time is 09:00PM {(GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)}.

Shipping rates: Our shipping fee is $5.00. Many items qualify for free shipping. Orders over $100 will qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees calculated at checkout. Taxes are added with shipping charges.

We do not currently ship outside the USA.

You will receive an email when you place your order, as well as when your order ships. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship out of the USA.
